We stand behind our products and want you to be pleased with your purchase! Tail gladly accepts returns of unworn or defective merchandise purchased online or by phone for a full refund or exchange within 120 days of original purchase. Defective merchandise may also be returned for a full refund. Styles sold as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange. 

We have partnered with Redo to provide free unlimited returns and exchanges for $2.98.

If you purchase the Free Unlimited Return for $2.98 via Redo at the original time of checkout, there is no additional cost to ship back your return or exchange. You will be able to submit a return for a full refund to your original payment method or store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through the Re:do return portal. The returns & exchanges protection applies only to the order with which it was purchased. 

If you do not purchase the Free Unlimited Return for $2.98 via Redo at the original time of checkout, you will be still be able to process your return or exchange through the Re:do return portal; however, you will be responsible for the return shipping label fee.

To purchase the Redo coverage at checkout, be sure the toggle in the cart is switched on. You can simply toggle the switch off if you prefer to opt out of coverage.

You will see the Redo coverage as a product in your cart during the checkout process. Only one Redo product is needed for coverage on the entire order; please do not purchase multiple Redo products.

Redo coverage does not apply to final sale items.
