Thank you for reaching out to us. We offer free UPS SurePost delivery for any orders over $150 (cart subtotal after discounts have been applied) shipped within the continental United States. Orders less than $75 will be shipped at a flat rate of $5.95 and orders between $75 - $149.99 will be shipped at a flat rate of $9.95 for UPS SurePost delivery. Orders for Hawaii or Alaska will ship using USPS Priority at a flat rate of $10.00.

We strive to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt excluding weekends and holidays. Expedited orders received before 3pm EST will ship same day. International orders are subject to a $25.00 USD shipping fee plus any applicable duties and taxes, which will be charged at checkout. Our full shipping policy may be viewed here.

What is your shipping policy?

Tail gladly accepts returns of unworn or defective merchandise purchased online or by phone for a full refund or exchange within 120 days of original purchase. Defective merchandise may also be returned for a full refund. Styles sold as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you purchase the Free Unlimited Returns for $2.98 via Redo at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for a full refund to your original payment method or store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through the Re:do return portal. The returns & exchanges protection applies only to the order with which it was purchased.

What is your return policy?
