My order says it was delivered, but I can't find it.Updated 4 months ago

Please accept our deepest apologies that you have not received your order yet.

We use UPS SurePost, which is a coordinated effort between UPS and USPS where UPS delivers your package to your local post office, and USPS delivers it to you. If you don't mind, please check your mailbox and ask your neighbors. We have noticed that UPS will sometimes send the package delivered email 24 hours ahead of the actual delivery. Please wait 24 hours after receiving the delivered email to contact Customer Service about the order. 

If the package is not located and delivered within 24 hours of the delivered email being received, please reach out to us at 888.906.1341 or [email protected] that we can proceed with filing a lost package claim and processing a replacement package to ship out.  

Tail’s policy is to reship the order at no charge if a package is delayed or lost in transit.
