We offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within 7 days of your order date. Items purchased using a promotion code or other discount aren't eligible for a price adjustment unless you used only a free shipping discount. "Final sale" items are not eligible for a price adjustment.

To get a price adjustment, contact us within 7 days of your order date. Have your order number ready when you call or email (it is on the order confirmation in your email). If your purchase is eligible for a price adjustment, we refund you the difference in your original form of payment.
