How do I redeem my loyalty points?Updated 4 months ago

To redeem your loyalty points for rewards, you will need to be logged into your Tail Rewards: The A List account on http://www.tailactivewear.com. You can log in here.

Once logged in, you will need to click on the black rectangle in the bottom-left hand corner of the websites that says Tail Rewards: The A List.

This will open your rewards center, which will show you how many points you currently have as well as what rewards you can currently spend your points on. 

Once you redeem a reward, you will receive a unique promotional code for that reward. You can apply the code for the reward that you selected at checkout. 

To apply your reward at checkout, please type or paste the appropriate discount code into the box that says “Discount code or gift card” then click “Apply”. Only one discount code may be used per order.

Please note, on a mobile device or tablet, you may need to click on “Show order summary” to see this box.

If your discount code was successfully applied, you will see the discount reflected right away. If you happen to complete checkout and the discount code was not applied, please email us at [email protected] for assistance.

Please note that only one reward may be applied per order and multiple promotional codes cannot be used at checkout. Gift card rewards are the only rewards can be combined with promotional discount codes. We recommend only redeeming points for one reward at a time.
